Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden costs. You pay only the subscription (if you choose Premium) and standard Stripe processing fees.
What does the Free plan include?
The Free plan lets you manage up to 10 sponsors with 1 team member. You get basic sponsorship management, email templates, and price-sheet generation. Fundraising campaigns require Premium.
When do we need Premium?
Upgrade to Premium when your club needs more than 10 sponsors, multiple team members, fundraising campaigns (player or alumni), or unlimited invoicing.
Do you take a percentage of donations?
No. SponsorStream HQ charges a flat subscription fee. The only per-transaction cost is Stripe's standard processing fee of 2.9% + 30 cents, which goes to Stripe, not to us.
What happens if we downgrade?
Your account becomes read-only. You keep all your data — sponsor records, agreements, invoices, and campaign history — but you can't add beyond the Free plan limits until you re-upgrade.
